1. Prevent condensation
The traditional solution to the problem of condensation caused by the natatorium in winter is to add dehumidification equipment to reduce the moisture content in the museum and achieve the purpose of preventing condensation. However, adding dehumidification equipment will increase the initial investment of the equipment and occupy the space in the museum; In the cold season of winter, the anti-condensation effect is not significant. By virtue of its own superiority and professional CFD simulation software technology, the cloth bag air pipe has designed a unique set of air discharge technology for the natatorium after professional design and test by experienced designers. Two rows of drainage holes with the same Angle and diameter are arranged on the upper surface of each cloth bag air pipe. The outlet air from the hole blows to the ceiling at a uniform outlet wind speed to sweep away the moisture on the surface of the ceiling and solve the problem of dew formation on the ceiling.
2. Air outlet
The selection of exhaust air mode has the characteristics of small wind speed, uniform air output and short range. The air outlet of equal width is arranged on the length direction of each cloth bag air pipe branch system, so that the air from the air conditioner reaches every air conditioning area in the library, and the air temperature and wind speed in the space are uniform. The drainage orifice applied in this project is improved by our R & D team through continuous efforts to test, and the improved outlet resistance of the drainage orifice is smaller, the error of the outlet wind speed is smaller, the outlet air is more uniform, and the wind speed is easier to control.
3. No plenum, no regulating valve
The bag air duct has its particularity and is itself a plenum device, which does not require additional plenum equipment; In the design stage, our designers designed the bagged air duct according to various parameters of the equipment, including specifications, airflow speed, outlet wind speed, outlet air uniformity, permeability, etc., and simulated the operation characteristics of the bagged air duct after installation by CFD simulation software. Therefore, there is no need to add an adjustment device to the air conditioning equipment.
4. No noise
The bag air duct is made of special fiber cloth flexible material, which will not produce huge noise like the traditional air duct during operation, because it is a flexible material, but will absorb part of the noise.
