The cold chain logistics project of Shacheng Port in Fuding City is a key project in Ningde City and also a "double hundred" project in Fuding City. The project relies on the hinterland of the central fishing port to build a modern cold chain logistics center integrating freezing, refrigeration, processing, packaging and sales. I. Project overview


Fuding City Shacheng Port cold chain logistics project, a total of two freezers cold storage room, warehouse net height of 6.2 meters. This project uses 8 chillers with MX fabric air ducts to cool down the warehouse, solve the problem of air flow organization in the warehouse, and ensure the accurate control of temperature and humidity of the stored goods in the warehouse.


According to the architectural characteristics and air supply requirements of the project, the selection design was made by using the patented MX3.0 design software, and the application space air flow organization was simulated by CFD technology. The specific design is as follows:

2. The height of the cold storage is 6.2m, and the multi-row rail wire rope suspension system is adopted and installed on the top.


3. The air supply mode is infiltration air supply and orifice air supply, and the end is set with jet nozzle. The orifice is designed in S-type cross arrangement, and the air supply coverage is wider.
