Circular fabric ducts are the standard shape, with a smaller surface area, minimum consumption, and reduced wind resistance at the same cross-sectional area, providing higher efficiency and less energy loss at the same air volume. However, the circle occupies a large effective space, so it is especially suitable for tall building structures, such as sports stadiums, medical three-dimensional warehouses, factory workshops, exhibition halls, shopping malls, supermarkets, etc., but in the use of fabric air ducts, as long as the height of the air supply area is enough, under normal circumstances, circular fabric air ducts are preferred.

For workshops with low space height or warehouses that need to increase utilization, choose semi-circular, semi-elliptical, elliptical or rectangular. Semi-circles and semi-ellipses are rail installations, suitable for areas with flat tops, and ellipses or rectangles are wire rope installations, suitable for structures with beams.

Ellipses or rectangles are wire rope mounted and are suitable for structures with beams. The two shapes can be selected according to the size of the aspect ratio, an oval can be selected for a small aspect ratio, and a rectangle can be used for a large aspect ratio. According to the application project, the small air volume is suitable for oval, and the large air volume is suitable for rectangular. However, flat-top structure equipment has large air volume and low air duct height, and rectangular fabric air duct is also used to meet the requirements.
