Project Overview: Shangqiu Food Industrial Park is a state-owned holding industrial park jointly established by Yucheng County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province, together with local well-known leading enterprises and ZhongNong Innovation College of China Agricultural University in 2019. It is the first platform-based food industrial park with "resource advantage + energy drive + capital operation" three-wheel drive in Henan Province. The total investment of the project is 3 billion yuan, the overall planning is 4 square kilometers, and the construction area is 4 million square meters.


Fabric duct ventilation solutions:


1. MultiXair high permeability material is used to prevent the surface of the system from freezing and frosting.


2. The chiller is composed of multiple fans in parallel. In order to reduce the impact and stabilize the air pressure of the system, a fabric plenum is designed for the part connected with the chiller. The wind speed in the plenum is lower than that of the duct, and part of the dynamic pressure is converted to static pressure, making the system more stable and balanced. It can also avoid the residual defrosting water blowing into the air duct and thus blowing into the material after defrosting. In order to facilitate the system deicing, the plenum is designed as an independent part and is connected with the chiller fan and the air duct by zipper.


3. MultiXair-S series D-shape semi-oval fabric duct system is adopted.


4. Double row track suspension system is adopted for the physical air duct. The fabric air duct system is set up at 3:9. After the track is installed, the slide is sent into the inner slot of the track.


5. The wind speed of the plenum is controlled at 4~6m/s, and the wind speed at the entrance of the fabric duct system is controlled at 8~10m/s;


6. The air supply mode of the physical air duct is infiltration air supply and orifice air supply. The orifice is designed in S-shaped cross arrangement mode, and the air supply coverage is wider.
