Basic information of the project:
With a total construction area of 27,800 square meters, it is planned to build 1# comprehensive building, 2# cold storage, 3# processing workshop, fire pool pump room and refrigeration room. Equipment and supporting facilities: Purchase counterweight forklift truck, high forklift truck, pallet shelf refrigeration equipment, logistics platform supporting facilities, security weak current network, WMS information system and hardware to meet the normal operation needs of the project.
The planned land area of this project is 39755.08 square meters, and the construction content is mainly a comprehensive building, a cold storage and refrigeration room, a processing workshop, a fire pool and water pump room and outdoor supporting facilities. The total construction area is 27,800 square meters, of which the construction area of the 1# complex building is 4604.43 square meters, the construction area of the 2# cold storage is 8154.57 square meters, and the construction area of the 3# processing workshop is 13,560.28 square meters.

The wind speed in the plenum is lower than that of the duct, and part of the dynamic pressure is converted to static pressure, making the system more stable and balanced. It can also avoid the residual defrosting water blowing into the air duct and thus blowing into the material after defrosting. In order to facilitate the system deicing, the plenum is designed as an independent part and is connected with the chiller fan and the air duct by zipper.

5. The wind speed of the plenum is controlled at 4~6m/s, and the wind speed at the entrance of the fabric duct system is controlled at 8~10m/s.
6. The air supply mode is infiltration air supply and orifice air supply. The orifice is designed in S-shaped cross arrangement, and the air supply coverage is wider. In order to avoid dry consumption caused by cold air blowing materials, the orifice Angle is designed at 55~85 degrees.
7. The inlet section of the fabric air duct system is set in the air outlet of the cooler and is tightly connected with the hoop.
