How to maintain fabric air ducts in cold storage?

In the daily use of fabric air duct, through customer feedback and project after-sales work, we found that fabric air duct may have problems, such as the fabric plenum in the cold storage is seriously frozen, unable to operate normally, the plenum entrance is worn, the air duct is worn by blunt objects, etc. These problems are all factors affecting the normal operation of fabric air duct. Next, how to maintain the fabric air duct during use?

First, regular cleaning

Because the fabric air duct relies on the gap on the fiber to penetrate, or through the air supply mode such as orifice and jet nozzle to supply air to the air conditioning ventilation area, once the air quality decreases, it may lead to the gap on the fiber or the air supply orifice, jet nozzle, etc., which affects the use effect of the fabric air duct, and then affects the comfort of the air conditioning area.

In view of the existence of the above adverse factors, it is necessary to regularly clean the fabric air duct. The cleaning time can be determined according to the fiber material, indoor circulating air quality, system daily operation time, outdoor air quality and other factors. It is generally cleaned every 250 days or so. The following points should be noted when cleaning:

(1) The water temperature of the cleaning water is generally not more than 40 ° C, and detergent can be added to clean according to the degree of pollution of the system. For severely contaminated systems, rinsing can be done during the cleaning process, but rinsing must be done in cold water.

(2) The system with nozzle air supply should be washed directly by water pipe, and it should not be cleaned by dehydrator.

(3) During cleaning, if the system needs to be disinfected, a small amount of disinfectant can be added to the cleaning water.

Second, the cold storage project regularly defrost

When the cold storage is used for a long time, the surface of the evaporator will gradually get thicker and thicker frost. If it is not cleaned in time, it will have a greater impact on the refrigeration system, which will also affect the use of the fabric air duct, and even damage the fabric air duct.

After the evaporator frosts, its own heat transfer area is reduced, which hinders the conduction and dissemination of cold capacity, and ultimately affects the refrigeration effect. When the thickness of the frost layer on the surface of the evaporator reaches a certain extent, the refrigeration efficiency even decreases by more than 30%, at this time the compressor operation time will be extended, the power consumption will also increase, and the service life of the refrigeration system will be shortened, and the compressor will fail in serious cases. The effect on the fabric duct is that the frosting of the evaporator makes the air supply of the fan insufficient, resulting in low wind speed at the inlet of the duct and the shaking of the duct. It can cause the entrance to freeze together and break. Therefore, it is necessary to defrost the cold storage at an appropriate period.

The common defrosting methods of cold storage mainly include hot gas defrosting, water spray defrosting, electric defrosting and mechanical artificial defrosting. The defrosting methods of chiller are mainly water spray defrosting and electric heat defrosting. Water spray defrosting is mainly used in large and medium-sized chillers, and regular use of normal temperature water spray evaporator to melt the frost layer. Although this method has a good effect, it is more suitable for air coolers, and it is difficult to operate for evaporation coils. Electric defrosting is mostly used for small and medium-sized chiller, and the electric heating wire is arranged outside the fan, which is simple and convenient to use. However, when connecting the fabric air duct, contact with the air duct should be avoided as far as possible to prevent high temperature damage to the air duct during defrosting.

Because of its flexible material, fabric air duct is easy to be destroyed by blunt objects, which affects the use effect of fabric air duct. In the daily use of fabric air ducts, contact with sharp objects should be avoided as far as possible, causing damage to the air ducts.
