Foshan Sanshui Guorui project consists of five layers of low temperature storage and variable temperature storage. There are 23 chillers in the cold storage. The top structure of the cold storage is civil spraying roof structure, which mainly stores food. In order to better achieve the refrigerated storage effect of food, the chiller is equipped with MX fabric air duct to cool the warehouse, so that the air temperature in the warehouse is evenly distributed, and the fresh food storage needs are better met.

According to the architectural characteristics and air supply requirements of the project, the specific design of fabric air ducts is as follows:


1. MultiXair-S series rectangular fabric air duct, refractory B1 grade material.


2. Circular fabric plenum and MultiXair-R rectangular fabric air duct are adopted.


3, the cold storage for the top of the bottom of the beam spraying structure, the use of double row aluminum alloy slide hanging way, spray installation on the bottom of the beam.


4, side orifice multi-row Angle horizontal air supply design.

In order to avoid the dry consumption of the collection caused by the cold air blowing and considering the height of the shelf, the MultiXair fabric duct adopts the horizontal air supply design with multiple angles of the side orifice. In order to increase the storage of shelves in the cold storage as much as possible, the MX fabric air duct adopts the form of top-mounted, and adopts the MultiXair-R rectangular air duct, which greatly improves the use space of the cold storage.


The cold air is diffused through the surface of the MultiXair duct to ensure precise temperature distribution in the warehouse. The temperature difference in the cold storage is less than ±0.5℃, the horizontal air supply of multiple rows of holes is sent to the storage area at a wind speed of less than 0.5m/s, to ensure that the air supply in the storage area is uniform without blowing, and the dry consumption of refrigerated products is reduced to ensure the best quality of refrigeration.
