China (Lianjiang) Strait International Agricultural Products Logistics Park covers an area of about 1003 mu, with a total construction area of about 1.2 million square meters, and the construction of agricultural products collection, prefabricated vegetable production and processing, e-commerce, smart cold chain, warehousing and distribution, product research and development creative experience and other centers.


China (Lianjiang) Strait International Agricultural Products Logistics Phase I project, this project is a multi-layer large-scale cold storage, mainly composed of refrigeration storage and cold storage, building height of 28 meters, a total construction area of 25,429.48 m2, a total of four layers, three and four layers of each layer of two cold storage are using fabric duct air supply.


According to the architectural characteristics and air supply requirements of the project, the specific design of fabric air ducts is as follows:


1, MultiXair-S series fabric air duct system, flame retardant B1 grade material.


2, the use of circular fabric plenum and MultiXair D-shape fabric duct system.


3, the cold storage for the top of the bottom of the beam spraying structure, the use of double row aluminum alloy slide hanging way, spray installation on the bottom of the beam.


4, multi-row orifice side air supply design.


In order to avoid the dry consumption of the collection caused by the cold air blowing and to take into account the height of the shelf, the MultiXair fabric duct is designed with multiple rows of holes (55°, 65°, 75° and 85° supply duct angles).


In order to increase the storage of shelves in the cold storage as much as possible, MX fabric air duct adopts the form of top-mounted, using MultiXair-D-shape semi-elliptical air duct, air duct size 1700*600mm, including the installation height of the air duct occupies less than 700mm, greatly improving the use of cold storage space.


The cold air is diffused through the surface of the MultiXair duct to ensure precise temperature distribution in the warehouse. The temperature difference in the cold storage is less than ±0.5 ° C, and the air supply from multiple rows of holes is sent to the storage area at a wind speed of less than 0.5m/s to ensure that the air supply in the storage area is uniform without blowing, and the dry consumption of refrigerated products is reduced to ensure the best quality of refrigeration.
