I. Project overview
This project is a refrigerated and refrigerated construction project of agricultural and livestock products in the follow-up industry of Siziwang Banner, mainly using fabric air ducts in the processing workshop.
According to the architectural characteristics and air supply requirements of the project, the selection design was made by using the patented MX3.0 design software, and the application space air flow organization was simulated by CFD technology. The specific design is as follows:
1. MultiXair-S series oval and semi-oval series fabric air duct, flame retardant B1 grade material.
2. Fabric plenum and MultiXair fabric air duct are used.
3. The installation height of the air duct is 6.0 or 3.2m, and the aluminum alloy suspension system is adopted. The rectangular fabric air duct is fixed with three rows of aluminum alloy slide rails, and the semi-oval fabric air duct is fixed with two rows of aluminum alloy slide rails.
4. The air supply mode is fabric penetration and orifice air supply, and the end adopts jet nozzle air supply to ensure that each height is covered by air flow. The orifice is designed in S-shaped cross arrangement, and the air supply coverage is wider.
MultiXair fabric air ducts are designed with multiple rows of openings (55°, 65°, 75°, 85° air supply angles). The cold air is diffused through the surface of the MultiXair duct to ensure an even distribution of temperature in the workshop.
2. Application advantages

4. Energy saving and environmental protection
Due to the material and design characteristics of MX fabric air duct, only 150Pa external residual pressure can meet the air supply demand, and the resistance along the road is about 1Pa/m can be ignored, which greatly reduces the cost of operation. Long-term use, save a lot of expenses.
