Third, fabric air duct design scheme


According to the architectural characteristics and air supply requirements of the project, the selection design was made by using the patented MX3.0 design software, and the application space air flow organization was simulated by CFD technology. The specific design is as follows:


1. MultiXair-S series semi-oval series fabric air duct is adopted.


2, the cold storage height of 9.6m, the use of double row aluminum alloy slide suspension system, stick to the top installation.


3. The air supply mode is infiltration air supply and orifice air supply. The end of the fabric air pipe in the cold storage adopts jet nozzle air supply, and the orifice is designed in S-type cross arrangement, so that the air supply coverage is wider.


4, air supply range: sorting workshop and cold storage layer by layer, the use of double row aluminum alloy slide rail hanging, the overall air duct to maintain a horizontal state, the use of circular fabric plenum + semi-oval fabric duct air supply, do not blow the arc, beautiful after installation.
