Sf Northwest E-commerce Industrial Park is located in the south section of Caotan Fifth Road, Xi 'an Economic Development Zone, Shaanxi Province, with a construction scale of 8044.65 square meters. The main construction contents include office function area, delivery area, platform, room temperature storage, freezing area, refrigerated area, production area, picking area, etc.


In the air supply area of the project, 9 suspended ceiling chillers are set up in the cold storage hall, and 2 suspended ceiling chillers are set up in the cold storage to supply air in the air supply blind area under the steel platform. According to the architectural characteristics and air supply requirements of the project, Misch uses the patented MX3.0 design software to make the selection design of fabric air ducts, and uses CFD technology to simulate the airflow organization of the application space. 2. Steel platforms are installed in the hall and cold storage to divide the space into two upper and lower areas. A total of 9 suspended ceiling chillers are set in the hall, which are hoisted above the steel platform and equipped with fabric air pipes to supply air above and below the steel platform. A total of 5 chillers are installed above the steel platform in the cold storage, 3 are responsible for air supply above the steel platform, and 2 are responsible for air supply below the steel platform with fabric air pipes.


3. The air supply modes of the fabric air duct are penetration air supply, orifice air supply and jet nozzle air supply. Through reasonable wind speed design and reasonable layout, the problem of air supply blind area under the steel platform is solved.
