The design scope of MultiXair fabric duct air supply system is air duct design for freezer cooler machine.
1. MultiXair high permeability material is used to prevent frost formation on the surface of the system.
2. The chiller is composed of multiple fans in parallel. In order to reduce the impact and stabilize the air pressure of the system, a fabric plenum is designed for the part connected with the chiller. The wind speed in the plenum is lower than that of the duct, and part of the dynamic pressure is converted to static pressure, making the system more stable and balanced. It can also avoid the residual defrosting water blowing into the air duct and thus blowing into the material after defrosting. In order to facilitate the system deicing, the plenum is designed as an independent part and is connected with the chiller fan and the air duct by zipper.
3. MultiXair-S series D-shape semi-oval fabric duct system is adopted.
